The Red List
Wildlife Safari classifies the conservation status of the wildlife in our collection according to the International Union for Conservation of Nature’s Red List of Threatened Species determinations. The International Union for Conservation of Nature is an international organization working in the field of nature conservation and sustainable use of natural resources. The IUCN Red List of Threatened Species, founded in 1964, is the world’s most comprehensive inventory of the global conservation status of biological species.
