Safari camps and classes are a unique and incredible way to introduce your child to the world of wildlife and biology. Explore summer day camps, special cub clubs for younger learners or overnight, family friendly overnight adventure camps below.

Summer Day Camps for Kids 2017

6.26-6.29 | Rain Forest Expedition | Ages 4-7

June 26-29, 9:00am-3:00pm

Haven’t you always wanted to explore the deepest parts of the jungle? Grab your explorer cap and binoculars, peer up into the canopy, dive through the underbrush and join us for an animal expedition of a lifetime!

7.10-7.13 | Rain Forest Expedition | Ages 8-11

7.17-7.20 | Living with Wild Neighbors | Ages 4-7

July 17-20, 9:00am-3:00pm

Have you ever noticed that humans aren’t the only living things in your neighborhood? Sometimes animals decide that human abodes are better than their own! When animals move into the neighborhood it can cause problems for everyone. Come learn all about how we can live safely and peacefully with our urban wildlife friends!

August 14-17, 9:00am-3:00pm

Whose tracks were left behind? Whose fur is stuck on the tree? Are those feathers from a flamingo or a parrot? Can you solve the mystery of the missing animal painting? The animal bandits have left behind a lot of clues and we need YOUR help to decipher them!

Overnight Safari Adventure Camps

Enjoy an overnight camp in the Wildlife Safari Village! Education Staff will lead you through animal presentations, s’mores, camp fires and more! This camp does not include dinner. For information on booking a private overnight camp for your group, email education@wildlifesafari.net

Roars & Snores- Overnight Camping with Lions!

Journey to the heart of lion country where you’ll set up camp and brave the night in the enclosure the lions live in! Start your adventure with dinner provided, and then help the lions get their dinner! Enjoy an evening fire and s’mores! Alcohol is not prohibited at this camp, but you must bring your own.
