Join Wildlife Safari for a truly unforgettable experience! Camp at night where the lion pride rules during the day, go inside the lion dens to meet these fierce animals face-to-face and even help prepare their dinner (don’t worry, their dinner is provided by staff- just like yours!).

Astound your friends with tales of primitive camping with lions; you’ll even be able to tell them how the deafening roar of the king of the jungle took your breath away! Beer and wine in moderation are welcome at camp.

Join Wildlife Safari in celebrating the larger than life birthday of the most gigantic resident in the Pacific North West!

Get yours before June 1st and it’s only $5 per person! 

Travel down to the elephant barn any time between 12-3:30 to meet George and help his elephant friends celebrate his 36th Birthday! Enjoy your human birthday cake while they chow down on the most amazing cake made of fruit and other goodies the elephants love! Don’t miss out!

7.11.17 | Free Park Admission with Blood Donation

Visit Wildlife Safari on July 11 from 10am-3pm and donate blood to received one free admission to the park! Already have your admission? Purchased admission is good for the whole year, so come July 11 as well as later in the summer!

7.8.17 | Overnight Safari Adventure Camp

 

Camping on the Wild Side!
Experience Wildlife Safari under the moonlight with our brand new Safari Adventure Camp!

Our campsite opens at 4:30 pm where you will have time to set up your tent, explore our Safari Village and eat your evening meal*. (not provided by the park). Participants are on their own until the nocturnal animal show at 7:00 pm. Following the show, a guided night hike will be offered and then everyone can cozy up to the fire with some S’mores before lights out. In the morning you will participate in a unique carnivore activity and encounter!

This overnight camping experience in our Safari Village is designed for families, groups and clubs. Fall asleep to frogs and crickets and wake up to the awesome sound of roaring lions. You won’t get any closer to a world-wide safari than this!

* Please remember the lower gates are closed at 6:00pm (no one is able to enter or leave without staff) so if you are ordering dinner it must be delivered before this time.

7.15.17 | Run Like a Cheetah 5k Fun Run/ Walk

Just $30 when registering before July 1! 

Join Wildlife Safari and run like a cheetah at the second annual Run Like a Cheetah 5k Fun Walk & Run! Join the carnivores at Safari as they greet you at the starting line! Run alongside Dayo, Pancake the Cheetah’s best pal and take home a commemorative t-shirt! This year, all funds raised will be dedicated to building a large cheetah lure space, allowing cheetahs to more regularly reach their top speed.

The run will take you through the carnivore enclosure area (usually only accessible by car), down the hill and back up. Registration opens at 7:30am and the run starts at 8:00am

Everything we do at Wildlife Safari is dedicated to conservation and education. We truly want to connect students and the public with wildlife in a safe, responsible and rewarding way, to make better stewards out of generations to come. 6.26-6.29 | Rain Forest Expedition | Ages 4-7

June 26-29, 9:00am-3:00pm

Haven’t you always wanted to explore the deepest parts of the jungle? Grab your explorer cap and binoculars, peer up into the canopy, dive through the underbrush and join us for an animal expedition of a lifetime!
