Rental and Birthday Party Inclusions

• 50% off drive thru tickets available upon request in Guest Services.
• All rentals come with a small animal appearance that can be upgraded to a cheetah appearance for $100 (depending on availability). Note: All animal appearances occurring after operating hours will have an additional after hours fee of $100.

Rules and Regulations

• For the health and safety of our animals; balloons, confetti, and glitter are not allowed anywhere on the property. Hanging anything on the walls of our facility is also prohibited.
• There will be a designated Wildlife Safari staff member set to monitor your event and will be your emergency contact if you see anything out of the ordinary.
• For the health and safety of our animals, pets are not allowed in the Safari Village or on the Special Events Lawn. Kennels are provided at no cost.
• Wildlife Safari is not responsible for any damage to personal property during your event.
• Renter is responsible for all set up and tear down of the Event. Set up/tear down must fall within the hours outlined in the Rental Agreement.
• If your party has not cleaned and vacated the rented facility by the agreed upon check-out time, Wildlife Safari will begin charging the renter $200 for every hour or any portion of an hour. Any fees incurred will be invoiced.
• A certificate of insurance naming Wildlife Safari as additional insured with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 is required for any event with over 50 guests. Contact your homeowner's or renter's insurance company to obtain a rider.
• Any balance due for rental MUST be paid by the due date outlined in your rental agreement. Wildlife Safari will refuse you access to the facility you are renting until the rental fee is paid in full.

Rental Request

• The renter will notify Wildlife Safari of any scheduled deliveries relating to your event. (i.e.: caterers, equipment rentals, breweries, etc.) They will be denied access to set up if the rental balance is not paid. All pickups must be scheduled for the following day before 11:00 am or Wildlife Safari will invoice.
• If beer and wine will be consumed onsite, the renter must provide a certificate of insurance for "host liquor liability" with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000. No hard alcohol is allowed. Contact your homeowner's or renter's insurance company to obtain a rider.
• You will be expected to pay for any repairs or replacement of Wildlife Safari property discovered to be damaged or missing within 72 hours of your event.
• By submitting this request, you agree you and your guests will abide by the rules and regulations of Wildlife Safari and outlined in the Rental Agreement.
• Deposit. Renter acknowledges and agrees that, to reserve the date for the event (“Event”) described in the above agreement (“Agreement”), Renter is required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total rental cost at the time Renter submits the Agreement. For Birthday Party Package, the balance is due by the day of the party; for all other Rentals, the balance is due at least 30 days prior to the event date.
